Signed. boldly signed, dated and inscribed by Wilde. a rare boxing title and more so signed by Jimmy Wilde regarded by many as one of the greatest flyweight boxers ever. this small book is complete with all illustrations. it is complete and well bound. there is wear and marks as one many expect to find in a book well over a hundred years old. the book is from the collection of John Hopley with his signature and date (1917). Thus, his many achievements are not included in this breathless, enjoyable book. A shabby, stoic, sturdy copy. The cover is much marked, worn. The spine has wear but is resolute and supple. Within, the frontispage is missing. There is damage to the covering of the inside front cover. A childish hand has attempted additional illustration to the rear blank pages!
