New York & London: Harper & Brothers, 1930. First edition. Hardcover. Good. 12mo, 338 pages, dark blue cloth, some underlining "The real purpose of this special volume is to set forth a method of investing which can be used at all times, no matter what the outlook for business and the markets - Preface." In September 1929, Babson predicted a severe stock market crash - which, of course, happened a month later. He also instigated the first college-level Business course, at MIT. Babson wrote dozens of books on economics and society, The Harper's printing code, "F-E", identifies this as June, 1930. Scarce thus.
