From films like Armageddonto World War Z, we have become preoccupied with the end of the world. The explosion of the output of these films over the past twenty years has been incredible. You cannot even turn on your TV without being chased by zombies, rogue meteors, or some kind of deadly virus. While the growing popularity of these films shouldn't be a surprise to anybody, the roots of this trend go far deeper and longer than most people realize. Issue lacks the typical folding partially colored fashion plate. Lots of other illustrations. Edited by Mrs. Henry Peterson.

Includes lots of ads, but articles on fraud at Penn Central, the French Election, Kissinger's efforts with the Syrians and the feature article on the details of President Nixon's Watergate affair.

Magazine 4to, illustrated, 64 pp. Spine split, but partially repaired with archival tape, chips and tears to edges, normal aging; otherwise good. Early Robinson cover, with stories on Rocky Marciano, television and boxing and Joey Maxim.

This somewhat modern guidebook includes many folding maps, and some attractive photographs of some of London's landmarks.

Rectangular 8vo, cloth, DJ, illustrated. Slight soiling to DJ, but still in very nice shape, normal aging; otherwise very good plus. Illustrated by Joseph Cellini.

Very attractive Chrysler brochure featuring all the Imperial models for 1960. The brochure presents colorful photographs and features and mechanocal amd option details.

Small 8vo, blue cloth with gilt title on spine, illustrated, 346 pp. A nice clean and bright copy, near mint. This guide has considerable detail, including floor plans for the Houses of Parliament, the British Museum, and St. Paul's Cathedral. Additionally, this volume also includes 32 page atlas, and 18 other maps and plans.

Some wonderful material on some of the greatest fights ever, including Willie Pep, Ray Robinson, Jake LaMotta and Charlie Wright.
