Die-cut six piece calendar printed on thick card stock presenting the months of the year two to a panel, each panel measuring approximately 2.5 inches by 5 inches, with pastoral illustrations in color & bible quotes. The panels were originally attached by ribbon, now lacking, & designed to hang. Moderately toned & soiled, January - February rubbed briefly affecting lettering, one corner chipped away, lacking ribbon ties, otherwise Good & still quite attractive. Nicely printed bucolic scenes & quotes from the bible, quite uncommon!

Covers almost detached, tape repairs securing front & back wraps, edge wear including small losses & tears, soiled, about Good & still quite serviceable.
Provides instructions for staging a carnival & a series of comedy sketches & stunts to thrill the crowd

Trace of soiling, otherwise fine. Probably a one off, we find no indication of further publication. Includes a poem by Cynthia Woodworth entitled "For Her."

Brief wear (including slight fraying & a couple of nicks) at spine extremities & corners, spine gilt dull, previous owner's name in ink at the first blank page, moderately toned, offsetiing at last blank from news clipping, Good or better. An adventure story for boys featuring wonder dog Boru, an Irish Wolfhound, which was originally published serially in Boy's Life magazine. The author was a prolific contributor to the pulp magazines of Street & Smith.

Removed from a scrapbook leaving glue staining & scuffing at the upper margin of the last page, old folds, creasing, edge wear including a couple of short tears & small losses, good or so & still quite useful.
Presents "description & rules of the game" on pp. 2 & 3.
This fronton was established in 1901 by General Leonard Wood, then military governor of Cuba. The facility, now in ruins, closed in 1959 after the Cuban Revolution when Fidel Castro banned sporting or recreational events involving betting.

Paletten is Sweden's oldest & longest-running art magazine, now in its eighth decade. Issued quarterly, these two magazines are from the first year of publication. One features a lithographed cover in color by Nils Wedel the other provides a dramatic black & white lithographed cover signed "T.B."
