More than 60,000 words on bands like Magnetic Fields, Delgados, Sam & John, Montgolfier Brothers, Stephen Duffy, Dudley Klute, Archer Prewitt and more.

Good+: light exterior wear including some foxing. Organized for an MA project, the "Worth Keeping" exhibition profiled the artists Walter Streetmyer, L. C. Carson, Dan Robert Miller, John Schwarz, John Queen, Marion Hamilton, Perry Jennings, James Bright Bailey, D. Land, Joshua Samuel, Woodrow Gantt and Mike Aun.

Warren, Pa.: The Piso Company, 1899 21st series. 1 1/2 x 2 inches. pp. [34 incl. covers]. Good+ cond. Light ext. wear only. A miniature almanac that apparently was given out to promote "Piso's Cure" and "Piso's Remedy."

Paris: Le Melog, 1978 6 inches x 8 1/4 inches. Good, light fading to exterior only. A special edition of the French surrealist periodical LE MELOG focusing on Lôdie Serrano. From an edition of 400.

Ann Arbor, Mich.: SUN Inc., 1975 11 1/2 x 15 inches. pp. [cover], 2-35, [back cover]. Good: cover is fragile at spine; an ad has been removed from page 31/32.

Princeton, N.J.: Princeton University Library, 1968 3 x 4 1/2 inches. Good+ (light ext. wear and some smudging only). pp. [79]. Reprints a document that was also of small format. In early-nineteenth-century Mexico, Catholic friars used an original pictorial language to more effectively proselytize. This tiny volume is a catechism written in that language.

Warren, Pa.: E.T. Hazeltine, 1883 Fifth Series. 1 1/4 x 2 inches. pp. [36 incl. covers]. Good: foxing (int. and back cover); slight paper loss lower rear. Seems to have been sponsored by Piso's Cure for Consumption.

Washington, D.C.: Will Inman, 1969 8 1/2 x 11 inches. pp [4], 5-31, "back page." Staplebound. Good- (chips from front as pictured, top staple a bit loose at rear). Will Inman's anthology of submitted poetry from around the country. A mailing address is published for each poet.

Helsinki: World Peace Council, 1977 6 1/2 x 9 inches (17 x 73 cm). Good cond. (light scratch and other ext. wear including wee bit of foxing; an interior page has a tear and a couple have foxing). Publication issued by the Information Centre of the World Peace Council in reaction to the US government's decision in July 1977 to proceed with the development of the neutron bomb (which its inventor Samuel Cohen called "sane" and "moral" because it was designed to kill enemy troops but leave battlefields and cities intact). The Reagan administration ordered 700 neutron warheads in 1981 but they weren't used and George Bush eventually ordered them scrapped (ref. Samuel Cohen obituary in the NY TIMES, Dec. 1., 2010).

Paris: L'Archibras [1967—1969]. 8 1/4 x 11 3/4 inches. Fine cond. The surrealist periodical L'ARCHIBRAS existed for seven issues after the death of Breton in the late 60s and "remained faithful to a resolute, lucid sense of political engagement." (SURREALISM, Jacqueline Chénieux-Gendron, 1990)

Rainbow Energies Corporation, Detroit Description: 8 1/2 x 11 inches (22 x 28 cm). Offset on 25% cotton fiber paper. Tiny chip missing from lower-left corner, fading to edges, tiny dark spot on upper right. Comments: One sheet of letterhead from the Rainbow Energies Corporation, the successor to John Sinclair's Detroit Artists Workshop and Trans-Love Energies.

Plastic binding. pp. [94, printed one side] Cond.: good- (edgewear, owner's blind stamp and silver pen mark, smudging to rear, tiny piece missing from binding and it's a bit separated in some areas). Full-color, charming, auction catalog depicting 225 items from artists such as Howard Finster, Minnie Adkins and Elwyn Hudson.

Alfredo Jaar, 2012 First edition. 7 x 7 Inches (18 x 18 cm). Offset printed. pp. [4], 5-14. Limited edition of 1000 copies. John Cage juvenilia: features ".the earliest of John Cage's extended writings.presented in 1927 at the Hollywood Bowl, where Cage, representing Los Angeles High School, won the Southern California Oratorical Contest. He was 15 years old." Published for the 2012 John Cage Centennial.

That year featured some of its best remembered pieces: MANY LOVES (William Carlos Williams), THE CONNECTION (Jack Gelber) and THE CAVE AT MACHPELAH (Paul Goodman). Includes insert noting cast changes.

Bregenz, Austria, Musikladen Bregenz, 1985 6 3/16 x 4 3/8 inches [16 x 11 cm]. Photocopied both sides, tiny pencilled name "Bruce" on back. Comments: Handbill from a show during the ZEN ARCADE era in Bregenz, Austria; the venue seems to have been a skatepark next to the town's theater.
