Very good has some damage on outer boards from being a bit dry i think. Its still in very good condition though.

Some small wear on slipcase still good. Book is like a new one.

Great condition. Has some small duststains on slipcase. Book like new.

Later jacket in ok condition. The book is in good condition and has the scribners seal. But is still in good condition.

In superb condition. Dust-jacket has dome very minor tears. Low down on one of the flaps tear is starting to be a very small tear but the piece is still attached so there isnt really a there yet only very small Minor wear and extremely small tears by flaps. Some discolourstion on the top of the flaps on the jacket. The back of the jacket seems to have become s slight bit tanned but still very good in colour. The jacket has very vibrant red colour otherwise but (my camera doednt pick this up to well). But the red colour is really dark red and bright. Over the W on the jacket there is a minor scuff. The are also some minor stains on jacket as on the page. The jacket is not restored and looks really good from the inside. On the inner front board a name has been written but erased with a eraser. A number has also been erased on the inner front board. A few pages about 3 in a row have faint dog-ears. Very good condition. True second print which is rare with date 1952 and scrivners seal. Some small scuffing and dry stains on boards but overall very good. The pages are fresh but i found a page with a dog-ear and one with a small fox smudge over the text.

True second print with scribners logo and only date 1952. The book is in good condition though it has some wear down low on spine. It also has been marked low down on page from outside of pages with black pen. It also has been marked with the same pen on front-free endpage taking off a name. Some fading on spine.

Dust-jacket has some tape-restorqtion on inside of jacket. Has some small stains and tears. still well preserved though. Has the photo-credit on back of jacket but has 2.75 price. Second state is rare.

Has date 1952 in two first places and a scribners seal but lacking the a. Second print. The jacket is a later though. The book has some wear and creasing to it from unfortunate fall but the binding holds well and fresh inside. The second print is rare.

There are two tears each one by the both 2cm. These are really hard to see though since they are placed in a spot that is not easily noticed. Because of this the dust-jacket looks beautifully presentable. The dust-jacket has no mention of nobel prize and has the 3 dollar price. The book itself is in great condition very fresh internally without stains or foxing but is slightly forward-leaning. A name has also been beautifully written on front free endpage. The gilt is still very clear. The book has a minor stain 1mm on lower side of book. The color on the book is still very vibrant. I can send more pictures if wanted.

Text in swedish. Extremely rare in half-leather. Has ex-libris stithed on inner side of front-board and name on front wrapper. Both wrappers bound in. Extremely rare in half-leather since it was not originally made like that.

Book like new. Slipcase has small stains mostly on spine but is still very good.No cuts or anything like that.

Stunning binding

In good condition for its age. Has some wesr on side of boards but overall bindings feel sturdy. The second volume has gone up a bit on the side but this is mostly the side-board so if this would go up the biggest part of the board would still be attached.
