Has a slight smoke smell and both are in poor condition but complete. Keeps falling apart. Can probably be repaired but probably needs to be re-glued and a major restoration done. Please ask for more pictures if needed. Quite rare though with the original covers for themselves.

With the wrappers bound in. Very scarce with the wrappers. This is a privately bound beautiful half-leather binding with a built in book-marker.

The book has some wear on side and some minor wear to binding where it has gone up about a half centimeter or so. Has ex-library mark and inscription from previous owner. Some stains and a page with a tear. It has a inscription from the writer. Quite long and well-preserved. Very sought after and hard to find with signed first editions of this title. It is also a very early signed since Munro has written September 1936 which is the same date the book was published. If you want more pictures i will be more than happy to send

True first edition with first edition stated. Extremely sought after. Has tape marks in the middle part of front board and back board and also first blank page on last white page and first white page. Faint line on innerside of front-board and first bland page. Previously had a ex-library marking that has been erased but left some faint moisture-marks on first 3 pages. Also some small Very fresh inside but has some very small stains in places. Faint dog-ears but really good condition almost all pages are entirely fresh. A small what appears to be ink pen on same page as erased ex-libris stamp.Very hard to find first edition. This is also original cloth alot of them are in rebound ex-libris bindings.

Has a few library marks inside on low part of text. Some dog-eared pages and stains. It has been library rebound. Has very small part of dust-jacket affixed to front-free endpage. Still a very early printing which is rare and very sought after title.

In great condition. Some very small damage as seen but clearly excellently well preserved. Small stain on book if you look from upside down on outer side of pages.

Fine. Has a minor crack in a place on inside of box only. All else in fine condition. The limited edition of 750.

Not cut up. Never read for more then 50 years.Has some small wear on covers but still vg.
