Cheap glue stains front and back inside covers, age-toned lightly pages 493. Bonded paper but medium weight and heavy. Light wear and bruised spine ends on faded cloth(spine) black box with golden lettering, round black circle with golden emblem. THIS BOOK SHOULD BE GROUPED WITH OTHERS BY LOUIS.

Dark Redish Brown Leather with gold decorations and lettering with gilt page ends and silk ribbon. I see no defects anywhere but NF in case I miss something. One day I will list my Updike collection where I have more of this title, this one I call #2, LOL. Handsigned on the limitation page. No 2nd on the card, missing. Just the beautiful book.

GREEN FOLD-IN COVER WITH WHITE LETTERING BUT HAS A RUBBED AREA ABOVE THE WHITE LETTERING ABOUT 1 X 2 INCHES, RUBBING ALONG THE EDGES. The White covers of the book are very clean and square and unread, there is spine damage like curved inward at the top part(see photos).This is the very First Edition no mention of other signed editions like the Franklin Library.

The green box that houses the book has a few defects as shown in the photos. This is the complete series of 5 books in leather and proof of signatures for all 5. Titles: Rabbit Run, Rabbit Redux, Rabbit At Rest, Rabbit is Rich, Licks of Love. Licks of Love is signed from the Easton Press it should(I have not opened it to check) still have an unattached bookplate and another signature on their COA card that other Eastons have. The Rabbit is Rich(hard to find without defect) has the only defects I can see which are last picture the 2nd book from the top is of the bottom edge and it has scratches. This book has a signature page from a Rabbit Run franklin library, placed toward the front, and its COA is placed in the back of the book as proof of signature.Instead of 4(only 1 signed) book matched Easton and Licks of Love(signed) in gray for around $700. You get all 4 Franklins with signatures and Licks Of Love, Easton signed for less.Free Shipping In the USA. If charged I will rebate it back to you.Out of country way more a lot way more wait for 2nd invoice for the total.

The book is not BCE but the Stated FIRST EDITION with no blind stamp rear board, but the Dustjacket is a NEWER BCE(almost new). Book has corner protectors(metal), slight fading here and there, gray paper covered boards, with aqua-green cloth spine with silver lettering, slightly faded. Inside very very clean except 75 in ink top corner 1st leaf, book is unread tightness. A decent copy especially for the price.
