Trifold promotional leaflet laid in at front with order information for the book, of which 40% of original sales went towards endowment or the List Art Center at Brown University.

Bonnell (1859-1926) on rear free endpaper, with notation in pencil stating he acquired the book at Lipton Bros., Brumley, England on 11/5/1915.
