Some plates where they have exceeded the trimmed size have been expertly folded in but most are 'as was' A very nice copy with no foxing and exceptionally clean throughout. London: Frederick Warne An exceptionally nice copy of Hans Andersen's Tales. Undated circa 1890. 383pp with original illustrations in colour and monochrome. Black and gilt illustrated spine and upper board, bright with little or no wear.

Some scuff marks and light foxing to covers and end papers otherwise very good throughout.

Rochford, Essex: Leagas Publications, 1987 Memoirs of Ernest Warwick. Signed and inscribed by him "18th Combat Division (1939-45) 4th Suffolks. Japanes prisoner of war, survivor from the Siam - Burma railway." 180pp with sketch map and portrait of the author created in 1944 in a POW camp in Thailand.

London: Burgess & Bowes Three volumes in a slipcase bound by Geoffrey Parker. Pages gilt edged with rounded corners. Undated circa mid 1960s.

Detroit, Michigan: Chrysler Corporation, 1946 Outlining the work of the Chrysler tank arsenal, the first and biggest in 1941 of America's defense plants. From it came 25,059 medium and heavy tanks of twelve different types.
The title is a quote from a Marine, wounded and pinned down in a field of sugar cane but rescued by being hoisted into a tank through the lower escape hatch.
144pp in colour and black and white.

The whole now for the first time translated into English by Thomas Flloyd. 1-X plus 369 pages. Recently rebound in half calf with title panel and marbled boards. Binding therefore fine.
