During that time, with the aid of a stenographer, he wrote constantly. Then, his health miraculously improved and he resumed lectioning until his health deteriorated again and he was unable to continue. Determined to write his autobiography as an encouragement to others and to provide for his family, some days he could write only a few paragraphs, but he hoped to finish it.
