Books are mostly shipped by economy airmail. But we use the surface mail if there is not such a shipping method for your country. Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery in the same method of shipping originally used for the purchase. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned books. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
