(1) Order can be returned and post marked within 7 business days after you receive the package. It should be in the same brand new condition as originally sent. No returns will be accepted after the 7 business days. (2) We will issue a full refund if and only if the book you received doesn't match our listing's description. (3) If your order is returned to us marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" by the post office, we will not resend.
