Proper Music Publishing, 2013. Paperback in near perfect condition. very slight shelf wear, looks unread.

Helter Skelter Publishing, 2001. A clean, tight, unmarked copy. Slight foxing on top edge.

A nice copy overall, though water damage is noticeable on top corners of last few pages of book. Dust jacket complete, but some wear to top edge.

Oxford University Press, 1996. In almost pristine condition. There is very faint foxing along the top edge, and a small date inscription on front end paper.
