Handwritten contract specifications separated from architectural roll with some remnants of paper at roll; with three partial lines of text still attached to roll, legible. First plan with some rubbing and light foxing, and 1/4 x 3" cut of paper still attached to plan. Some light creasing of plans and manuscript at bottom. Overall in very good condition.
