– Claudian

Claudian was a 4th-century B.C. author who wrote poetry and speeches specifically for Roman Emperor Honorius on mythology and early Roman wars. His most famous works include 'De Bello Gothico' and 'In Rufinum' – Claudian's attack on Roman statesman Rufinus. These works, among others, are included in this 1650 Elzevier edition of the works of Claudian.
