Miss America1999 - Nicole Johnson - was already reigning, thus graces the cover here. It's complicated.The Pageant of late 1999 for which this program was published was to determine would reign as Miss America through 2000. Wall to wall color photography here, including every contestant, with bios as well. Pageant history and text throughout as well. Extraordinarily scarce in any case, this program is especially so in As New condition and with the cover autograph. Ships in a sturdy box, of course; not a bag. LPR30
