A note from the paper reads: "The Chicago Sun, profoundly aware of the need for full public study and discussion of proposals for a world peace organization, presents herewith three of the most important documents bearing on that subject. The policies set forth [in the documents] form the foundation on which the United Nations conference at San Francisco April 25 will build."
