No date but post 1907 as refers to the Earl's Court Great wheel as taken down in 1907, dress and lack of cars indicates pre World War 1. Fascinating photos of not only the traditional tourist places but also Elephant & Castle, suburban parks e.g. Connaught Water, Chingford, Tooting Bec Common and long gone buildings and monuments .
