(2) Printed letter on Lowell's letterhead to the person the copy has been sent to, and signed by the press' David G. Plumer. We have examined the signature with a loupe and believe the signature is original, not a facsimile. (3) A folio brown printed poster or broadside intended to be folded quarter (and is) with illustration describing the book & quoting from Van Cleve. (4) An eight-page blue, brown, and white printed pamphlet titled, "By God By Spike." Fine in fine dj. You may look many years to find another copy like this one.
