The 8 tomes are 12mo, bound in what appear to be original paper hardcovers , medium blue with a design of cream and black, edges are marbled red. Spines are darkened with rubbing and wear, boards also are rubbed and scuffed with some worming. Some boards are loose. Interiors have some institutional marks and stamps but the texts are clean and unmarked. Some of the title pages are loose, some worming to the pages edges and boards, mostly not affecting text. The books are aged, a bit fragile and obviously well-loved but are still usable by the careful scholar. Contents are: I. De Deo --II. De mysterio Trinitatis ; De angelis --III. De creatura corporali ; De ultimo fine hominis ; De peccatis ; De virtutibus moralibus --IV. De actibus humanis --V. De gratia & merito ; De virtutibus supernaturalibus & donis --VI. De mysterio incarnationis --VII. De sacramentis in genere ; De baptismo & confirmatione ; De sacramento Eucharistiæ --VIII. De pnitentiæ virtute & sacramento ; De sacramento extremæ unctionis ; De sacramento ordinis ; De sacramento matrimonii. Entirely in Latin. ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall .
