There is a chip missing to top and a bit of rub to top edges but overall this is a pretty dj. Not price clipped showing old price of 7s 6d net. Contents are clean and unmarked with lots and lots of diagrams of various garden flowers as well as a section on leaf recognition. W E Shewell-Cooper was a highly respected horticultural writer. Vita Sackville-West gives two reviews to inner flap, commenting on the author's expertise in horticulture. 'ABC Guide to Garden Flowers' by W E Shellwell Cooper.
