Sobre este artículo
San Francisco: City Lights Books, 1959. First Edition. Twelve-panel broadside (ca.7.5 x 35") folded into an octavo-sized pamphlet (ca.6 x 7.5"). Some toning and scattered foxing to title panel, modest wear and handling to extremities, with some more subtle toning to folds, with a few small creases; Very Good. The Beat poet's first book, published in a run of 1,000 copies. The broadside contains a group of poems "first published serially in John Kelly's glad magazine, BEATITUDE, and is the first and last word from the abominable snowmen of modern poetry" (from rear panel). The collection of poems manages come off as humorous, while retaining a markedly anarchist flavor. An important debut.
