Fred L. Holmes (1883-1946) specialized in regional history. He also wrote Old World Wisconsin, and Regulation of railroads and public utilities in Wisconsin. VERY SCARCE, INSCRIBED, THOUGHTFULL, SOLID, CLEAN, TIGHT COPY. Pages are uniformly age-toned. Slight scuff on rear cover.
