The front wrap is darkened, stained & soiled with the corners creased & with small pieces out. The spine is perished & the wrap is partially detached. 31 pages & [2] leaves. There is staining & soiling to the rear blank & to the bottom corners of 2 leaves. The bottom corners of the first 3 leaves are creased. There is a light vertical crease to the front wrap & to each page of the pamphlet. Overall, the contents are good. <p>The Society was incorporated in April 1, 1854. Its offspring was the Hunt Horticultural and Botanical Garden, incorporated Aptril 9, 1855.<p>Rare. WorldCat locates only two copies.
