Old vertical crease, some horizontal crimping, last leaf splitting head and tail, front cover is lightly penciled (numerals, queries), back cover rather dust-soiled with a touch of foxing. A good-only copy. Sabin 18025. Criticism of a backroom deal between members of the Democratic and Free Soil parties in the state, co-signed by William Aspinwall and 166 other Whig members of the General Court of Massachusetts.
