Near Fine in Very Good DJ. #12 of a limited edition of 150 copies with inscription by the author on the title page, near fine hardcover with illustrated cover shows just a touch of wear, in very good brown paper dust jacket (affixed to covers with glue to portion of panels) showing a stain at bottom corner of rear panel, moisture waviness and edgewear that includes wrinkling and closed tears, in very good + slipcase with pasted on illustration "Nature's Soldiers" by Charles Russell and showing exposure toning to top and fore edges of rear panel. 243 pages with illustrations by noted Western artists and foldout map affixed at rear pastedown. Still a pleasing copy of this limited, signed edition of this noted guide to Montana. Inscribed.
