London: B. Law et al, 1797. Later printing. Hardcover. near Very Good. 8vo. Pp 297. Contains the issues of The Adventurer from no 106 to no 140 (the very last issue). Mottled cald boards rebacked with a more recent calf spine with original title label. The title page states that this is a new edition illustrated with frontispieces, but there is no sign of a frontispiece (or the absence of a frontispiece) in this copy - presuably it was removed at the time of rebinding. Neat book plate on the front pastedown. The leather is a touch rubbed at the edges, but overall a nice copy.
