Leather bound. Cover in near fine condition. The upper spine has some wear on the left side. Sewn-in satin ribbon in excellent shape. Ends of pages are tipped in gilt. Very small amout of gilt is worn away on bottom of pages. No signs of previous owner. Pages are clean, not torn and the corners are not bent. Spine is tight. Nonsmoking. Proceeds from the sale are donated to our local library.
