Sobre este artículo

Jonsered, Sweden: Paul Aströms Förlag, 1989. Original. Softcover. VG+ but for bump to lower right corner of cover and through page 32; owner's name on ffep (professor of classical art).. White card wraps with black lettering. xii + 507 pp. with 2 bw maps and 544 bw heraldic poses. Pocket book 51 from the series Studies in Mediterranean Archaeology and Literature. Written in 3 main parts: The Motifs, The Artistic Issues, and Conclusion with several sections in each. Includes an introduction, chronology and chronological table, 3 other tables, and a lits of the plates. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the artistic phenomenon that, in the Bronze Age, many motifs were used in common by the arts of the Aegean, Egypt, and the Near East, in order to come to a conclusion as to whether this common usage can be attributed to indigenous creation in each separate area or whether it is due to crossfertilisation of the artistic traditions.
