Sobre este artículo
unbound. very good(+). 1 page. 7 x 8". An affidavit from a physician attesting that Issac S. Collins, a Clergyman from Massachusetts, reports he has created a cure for Consumption, quoted in part: "...says that 20 years ago he expected to die long before this with Consumption, but has lived quite stable by taking horehound occasionally after taking cold ... andthen English Commercial Tea, made hot and let stand until cold, and drink it for months ... at a time his spittle was considerable ... with considerable discharge of matter ... and he thinks it stopped by the foods he eats..." "His wife has had a "cough" for a long time and considerable discharge of matter that has been treated by taking 20 drops of British Oil on Sugar ... and going to bed." The docket on verso indicates that the physician held this affidavit in his files. Usual folds with some light foxing- otherwise in very good condition.
