Light rubbing to jacket, 1cm tear at top front of jacket. A very nice copy. The part played by Australians in increasing numbers in the first four years of WWII in Europe and the Middle EAst. In 1939 there was one Australian squadron in England and some 400 Australians in the RAF. At the end of 1943 there were 15000 Australian airmen serving in the war against Germany and Italy including 18 Australian squadrons.. Second Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 4to.
