Ex-library from U.S. Army General Staff College library. Covers moderately worn with moderate soiling, but binding strong and tight. Minimal library markings. Individual issues have library received date stamp on front, otherwise each issue generally clean and free of defects Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall
