Hamilton, ON, Canada: Canadian Warplane Heritage Inc. & City of Hamilton, 1982. Quarto, illustrated wraps, 18 pp (16 pp+ 2-sided map and itinerary insert). Very Good; no actual damage, but some faint discoloration toward top right corner, front cover (see scan). Contents show almost no age-toning over the decades. Very close to Near Fine. Eight pages bear one or multiple warcraft photographs in color and black & white. Some text and additional information, but this is basically an event program. Loose-laid insert bears a map of the show grounds on one side, and the two-day itinerary on the other. Probably safe to say that any other surviving copies, if there are any one to be found, do not have the insert. Introduction by show chairman William J. Cumming. And, of course...
