Stunning binding in three quarter snakeskin leather over marbled boards, brown spine label lettered in gilt, 288 pages. The book was once the property of a family that lived in the Belgian Congo during the time period the book was published. Very good condition with slighlty darkened spine, good hinges, firm text block, corners of endpapers darkened, pages uniformly age-darkened but clean, name written at top of title page, no other markings.. Hard Cover. Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
