A very good hardcover in dark Mustard cloth Multi-colored (Blue, Orange, Yellow, and Black) illustration showing a mining camp with the sun and mountains in the background, bery pleasing. Spine depicts a miner panning. VG condition with 566 pages, many photo illustrations and maps, 2 of which are larger and folded. The largest (Dated 1897) is multi-colored with a very light dampstain upper right corner and some edge tearing along lower Left where it was pulled roughly from its place in the binding, Quite nice and colorful for framing.
