This is a 44 page hardcover catalog of 24 photographs of jackets offered from Aspesi's Fall/Winter line of 1995-96. It is inscribed on the title page by Robert Frank to well known Japanese photographer and documentary filmmaker YUICHI HIBI. On the half-title page there is a glued in photograph, two photos that neatly fold over from the half-title to the verso of the front free endpaper. The two Robert Frank images are of the photographer's silhouette in a snowy landscape. The lower white margin of the image on the half-title is part of another inscription from Frank to Hibi, calling this a "Souvenir from Mabou Feb 1996". "THE MEMORY from THE PRESENT/ Thank you" This inscription is signed in full and date 1996 in NYC. A wonderful and unique association copy..
