Includes chronology and bibliography at rear. Design by Marcus Ratcliff, assistant editor Jane Salzfass. Photo credits on colophon. Slipcase rubbed along edges with minor markings. Binding with lightly sunned spine and faint rubbing along edges. Slipcase in overall good, binding in very good, interior in fine condition.
