Very Good. 1839-1847. Hardcover. A slim volume, bound in paper-over-boards, with leather corners & spine. Includes 26 maps. Several are 2 page spreads. 5 of the maps have been trimmed and tipped onto blank pages. Most are very good to near fine. One map is loose. It is from Mitchell's, dated 1839. Rubbed at the edges (stops just at the border) , with a 2" separation at the bottom fold. Most are multicolor. Also, most are of the U. S. , although several cover the rest of the world. Certainly appears this was made for some early home-schooling. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall .
