On the case of a Native American woman who was in a state of mental distress after fleeing an abusive partner with her son, when they were confronted by police for a littering violation. The leaflet states that when she saw the police grabbing her son, she "exercised one of the oldest and most fundamental rights known in the Holy Circle of Life: the right of a woman to protect and defend her child." She wrestled a gun away from one of the police and shot two of them, killing one. Argues that "If the fatally wounded officer had not abused the boy, he would still be alive today." Silk-Nauni was sentenced to 150 years in prison; the leaflet concludes with a request for donations to fund an appeal.
