Olive green cloth, gilt lettering on front cover and spine, 12mo, [6], 114 pp. Owner's name whited out on ffep, no other marks in book, binding tight. Covers clean with very minor edge wear. In white dust jacket with black lettering, rear panel contains publisher's ads. Jacket lacking 1/2" bottom of spine. Book condition VG+ in VG- DJ.
