The First UK printing published by David Fickling / Scholastic, UK in 2000. The BOOK is in Very Good++ or better condition with a moderate bump to the rear lower corner and some light spotting to the upper text-block. Just a hint of the usual toning to the page edges and text-block. Free from inscriptions and erasures. The WRAPPER is complete and is in near Fine condition with just a tiny nick to the upper rear corner and a hint of creasing to the spine tips. The wrapper is protected in a removable Brodart archival cover. The book has been signed to the title page by Philip Pullman, David Fickling (the publisher) and David Scutt (the wrapper artist) who has also stamped near to his signature as provenance. The third title in the acclaimed 'His Dark Materials' trilogy and scarce with such attributes. Ashton Rare Books welcomes direct contact.
