Sobre este artículo
First edition. Book shows very little wear. Gray paper covered boards with red fabric at the spine, with gilt print. The dust jacket shows a little wear, mostly along the upper and lower edges of the back cover. The dust jacket is plastic over paper, and in a few places the plastic has started to peel, allowing atmospheric moisture to discolor the dyes used on the underlying paper. The deckle-edged pages are clean, tight and unmarked, and loaded with black-and-white illustrations. The author of the Amelia Peabody mysteries, Elizabeth Peters (Barbara Mertz) held a PhD in Egyptology, so was well versed in the history of exploration in the time that those mysteries were set. A rare book. This book will ship at about three pounds. Excess shipping costs are included in the list price.

Many of my books are oversized. Rather than ask for shipping adjustments at the time of purchase, the list price for heavier books includes the excess shipping cost. All of my photographs are of the actual product, taken by my trusty little Kindle Fire. Currently we have about 2900 books offered for sale online, with more being added daily. Check back frequently to see what's new. -----
