The book is red cloth with the author, title, and publisher embossed on the spine in gold, though most of the gold has worn away. The spine shows wear and fading. The boards are sturdy and straight. The pages are tan with some foxing but the pages are clean and have no tears or folds. The pages also include a few illustrations.
