Unknown: Self-published, 1985. Very nice, clean book, simply made by the authors. There is a shadow from an old sticker at bottom right front corner and another one on the spine, but there are no stamps of any kind and no ownership labels. There is, however, some writing in the book which in this case is wonderful because the writer added info and made corrections. It's not on every page -- in fact, most are without. Book measures 8-1/2" x11" and is more than half an inch thick. Page eedges are prstine. Book is illustrated with facsimilies iof documents and also with photographs, all of which are copied. This is Part IV, an addendum.. Soft Cover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" Tall (oblong).
