Sobre este artículo

Rutland, VT: Charles E. Tuttle Company, 1980 WYSIWYG pricing--no added shipping charge for standard shipping within USA. Blue silk, gilt titles on front board, gilt-on-white titles on spine, xxviii, 541 pp, 530 illustrations, index. One corner bumped, owner's signature on recto of ffep, else fine. DJ spine slightly faded, slight edge wear; in Brodart archival cover. Single-volume reprint of the 1948 2-volume original. Lindsey illustrates American commemorative glassware with over 500 photographs of pieces in her own collection. From the introduction: "Mrs. Lindsey was a perfectionist. The book was to be fully illustrated, and nothing less than perfect pictures would satisfy her. She photographed each piece, then developed and printed the picture. If it wasn't right, she did it over, after changing the lighting to bring out more detail. Sometimes she spent hours on one item; to her it was just as important to show every detail as it had been in her X-ray work to spot even a hair-line fracture." Shipping weight 3 lbs.. 4th ptg. . Near Fine/Near Fine. 23½ X 16 cm.
