August, 1910 Issue No. 2 (supplement) ) of the quarterly publication of the American Society For Judicial Settlement Of International Disputes, anti-war organization newly founded that year for purposes of establishing an international tribunal for the judicial settlement of international controversies and creating public sentiment at home and abroad in order to compel nations to submit their international disputes to a permanent international court.
