(2d) Slightly smaller but thick book, gray cloth with white and blue lettering on front and spine, slight damage to both inner hinges, 759 pages plus brief biographical note. DJ front and spine dark with many small musical illustrations, facsimile of music score on back by Roger Reynolds based on Wallace Stevens' poem "The Emperor of Ice Cream." DJ has slight surface wear to front tips, light wear to front edges with light crease near bottom front edge, very slight wear and microtear at spine top edge, tiny nick with slight wear at spine bottom edge, micronick and 3/8" tear with crease and slight wear along top back edge, light crease at bottom back edge. DJ and book, both Good.
