Sobre este artículo
AUTHOR A. G. SPALDING, of Spalding Sporting Goods, was one of the organizers of the NATIONAL LEAGUE and the first publisher of the OFFICIAL RULES GUIDE.
This is a hardbound book; front and fear boards are bright royal blue. Title and Uncle Sam's image are embossed on the front with startlingly bright gilt work. Pages are clean, without foxing.
Book is square; Spine is sunned with slight scuffing at top and bottom. Hinges are torn at flyleaf but binding is sound and tight.
THERE ARE OVER 100 PHOTOS AND ILLUSTRATIONS in this 1911 book. Photo- graphic foldout is complete but last leaf is ripped but not separated at fold.
A very good copy of a valuable piece of Americana.
