San Francisco: Henri L. Leleu Assoc, 1973. Postcard. Good postcard, 3.5x5.5 inches, color photo of painting on front, caption and publication info on rear. The Gay bar at 841 Larkin St. in SF opened in 1910. It was the oldest continuously operating gay bar when it closed in January 2018. Leleu (1907-1996) was a gay man, World War II veteran, photographer, and world traveller. He was active in the Tavern Guild in San Francisco and in the city's leather scene beginning in the 1960s. [GLBT Historical Society].
